• Materials: 3D Printed PLA, Alcohol Ink, High-Gloss Epoxy Resin.

• The Process: Each skull is precision-printed and meticulously hand-sanded to ensure a smooth, realistic surface. It is then individually dipped in alcohol ink to create organic, bone-like weathering unique to every piece, before being permanently encased in crystal-clear epoxy resin for a premium, glass-like finish.

• The Specimen: A faithful, small-scale recreation of the "Three-Horned Face," capturing the solid bony texture of its massive frill, the curvature of its brow horns, and its powerful shearing beak.

• Note: Due to the hand-finishing process, slight color variations occur, ensuring your collectible is truly one-of-a-kind.

Due to the unique, hand-finished nature of our collectibles, we operate a strict return policy to ensure quality and exclusivity.

• Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated strictly within 15 days of the delivery date. Late requests will be automatically rejected.

• Mandatory Verification: Before a return can be logged, you must email us at helpdesk@buildyourownmuseum.com with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

• Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original, completely intact packaging. Any signs of tampering or use will void the return.

• Approval Process: All requests are subject to a manual review based on the evidence provided. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these specific criteria.

• Standard Rate: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders under ₹2500.

• Free Shipping: Orders totaling ₹2500 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.
